I cant say enough about Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet! Our salesman, George, was absolutely amazing at helping us find our new Traverse. He wrote down what we wanted and didnt want, and picked out the perfect fit on the first try! Ham was also a pleasure to work with, he kept the process light and entertaining so we didnt feel so stressed about the process. I cant recommend them enough and look forward to dealing with them when its time for my husband to get a new truck!
For years we avoided this dealership because of things we’d heard and reviews we’d seen, but our recent experience was the complete opposite.

George, our salesman, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, personable, and incredibly patient with us for hours while we went back and forth trying to decide. Never pushy, never rushed. We honestly felt bad for how long we took, and he stayed kind the entire time.

My wife and I bought 2 brand new vehicles at the same time. Well over 100k in the same day. All we wanted is payoff for her behicle and they said "no problem" then come to find out they rolled in 7k in negative equity and never mentioned it. We have now purchased 4 brand new vehicles from them and it will be the last vehicles we ever buy there. Customer loyalty means nothing.to them! Im disgusted. My son turns 16 in June and will be buying him a new truck and they just lost that business!!!!

I was 100 miles from my home when my 2025 Chevy Blazer was towed into this dealership on June 14, 2025 and Johnathan checked me in. My Vehicle was only 5 months old with 5,550 miles on it when the engine indicator came on and car was not operating properly. I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Tennessee street on May 19,2025 and it has been such a horrible and disappointing experience. The dealership was extremely clean and put together. They offered snacks/drinks and were patient with young kids. Had no choice but to purchase a vehicle there as ours broke down. Been lied to & I called numerous times with no answers Complete xxxxshow. Have gone thru my 3rd set of temp tags & still don't have title & plates. About 3 mths with temp tags & basically unregistered vehicle. Can't get anywhere with them. You get the runaround & sorry story. Im so done. That's how u treat out of state people. Horrible experience. Won't recommend.

Good luck on buying a vehicle from them. Once you drive off the lot no one wants to help you. This the second truck I have bought from them . I waited 48 days to finally get the paperwork at the license place . Now my second truck , same thing. It’s been 41 days and no paperwork. Temporary went out 11 days ago. Talked to Landon in the finance department . He has told me 3 times in the last 11 days he would overnight me a temporary tag. Been lied to 3 times . have to have that 1 mechanic. I just want my car fixed. 1 whole month later still hasn't heard from them other than a dummy appointment that was set to keep my ticket in the system since they were changing months and it wasn't done. horrible service. I got a transmission flush and when I got my car back the transmission was slipping. I took my car back to the dealer so they could take a second look at it. I was told my pump failed and I need a new transmission and it would cost a total of 10,000. I went to another shop and they checked my transmission and they stated my transmission fluid level was not filled properly, so they put the proper amount of fluid in and did a trans flush and I had no issues with the transmission. My family and I drove 1.5 hours to go to Dale Earnhardt because they were the only dealership around that had the 2023 Traverse Premier. All the other Chevy places didnt have much to choose from. Alex Griffee walked out to us while we were looking around and respectably asked us if we needed help! He knew stuff on the traverse i had never heard of. Him and his managers made a great deal that we said yes to. He made sure my kids had a great time. We will be buying from them next time!!! I strongly recommend them !

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They sale at MSRP as well as putting LoJack for almost $1500 on every vehicle no matter what, and other add ons. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Con artists, bait and switch, you name it, they do it. Have never has someone try to steal my money as openly and with a smile as they did. They advertise the car at MSRP. After diving 120 miles to buy the car I am presented with a price sheet with 5K in dealer added feature which do not cost more than $500 at any other dealership. It's a shady way of justifying 25% over MSRP. Shame on you Dale Earnhardt Jr. for conning good country folk.
George Bell my service advisor made sure to keep me updated and answered any questions on the service being done on the 2 trips it took to complete the service issues. He also went the extra mile to kept me posted on his day off which was a huge plus. He will be the only advisor we use on our 23 LT1 Camaro Convertible Sue Ellen and yes we name our car daughters so let George take care of any of your service needs you will be just as pleased as we are!!!

Bought a car here and three weeks the transmission went out. Been there almost three weeks and still not done. Will not give me a loaner car and I payed well over a thousand dollars for a rental New service person there named Forress is really rude and tries to talk over you while you talk. Theyll try to do anything for you when your buying the car but nothing when it needs fixed after three weeks of buying it. Worth experience ever Will never deal with them again.
