New to Tallahassee. Went in to get my vehicle looked at because it was going crazy. A gentleman named Thomas Richmond (goes by tom) was the one who helped me out in the service department, he was awesome. Not only was he extremely helpful and nice, he also made sure to keep me informed on how things were going with my vehicle throughout the repair process, and he even gave me some information on life in Tallahassee. By far the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership! I recommend 100%
Thank you, Stacy for your stellar service. Folks we purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ at Capital Euro 3weeks ago. Nonetheless, while driving this new vehicle the (LOW OIL/Check Engine) came on. I immediately took it back to CapitalEURO who told me to go get an oil change. 1) NEW TRUCK 2) ME, CHANGE OIL 3 weeks from purchase date (REALLY!!!!) My truck and I arrived at Dale Earnhardt on Tennessee St. where we meet STACY. She immediately treated me so well. She call the head tech SHANE at 515pm and that took care of us.
